Mr. Fleck concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, corporate, elder law, employment matters and civil litigation. He has practiced law in Huntley since 1995. He has published articles and has presented seminars in the areas of real estate, estate planning and environmental chemistry. Mr. Fleck is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association and the McHenry County Bar Association (past president). He is also active in the Huntley community, having served on local government and charity boards. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana and his J.D. degree, with high honors, Order of the Coif, from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Fleck is licensed to practice in Illinois state courts, and before the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Nancy L. Dvorak, Paralegal
Mrs. Dvorak has extensive experience with real estate and probate matters as a paralegal and legal assistant. She is a former closer with Chicago Title Insurance. She is a volunteer advocate with CASA McHenry County. She is active in her church, serving on the Board of Ministry Directors. She received her Associates in Paralegal Studies (High Honors) from Elgin Community College.
