The topics include, Common IRA problems and their solutions, Minimum distribution rules: explanation and postmortem planning to obtain a longer distribution period, Funding the bypass trust with an IRA, Premature recognition of IRD, Trust accounting for principal and income, and Dealing with (unknowledgeable) IRA custodians.

On October 6, 2009, Michael J. Fleck presented the topic "Spousal Rights in Probate Proceedings" for the National Business Institute in Oak Brook (Naperville location), Illinois. His paper addressed issues related to spousal rights and claims under the Probate Act, non-probate rights of spouses, homestead allowances, renunciation, and limitations on spousal rights under Illinois Trust Law.
